Retired Professors / Scientists from Research labs can also apply for the post of Professor on contractual employment
Qualification & Experience : Ph.D degree with first class at Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering (Eng.) and Technology (Tech.) and experience of 10 years in teaching,

2) Associate Professor
Pay - Rs.37400-67000 with Grade Pay Rs.9000/-
Qualification & Experience : Ph.D degree with first class at Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering (Eng.) and Technology (Tech.) and experience of 5 years in teaching

3) Assistant Professor
Pay - Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs.8000/-
Qualification & Experience : Master’s Degree with 55% marks in the appropriate branch of Engineering (Eng.) and Technology (Tech.)

4) Lecturer
Pay - Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs.6000/-
Qualification & Experience : First Class Master's Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering (Engg.) / Technology (Tech.) (No minimum experience required).
