Urgent Programmer For Java

You will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance, testing, and quality and performance assurance of system software products. You will make changes to system software to correct errors in the original implementation and create extensions to existing programs to add new features or performance improvements. Additionally, innovation is a key as you design and develop major functional and performance enhancements for existing products and produce new software products and tools. You will review requirements, specifications, and designs to assure product quality and will develop and implement plans and tests to ensure product quality and performance assurance.



**Education**

B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech./MCA/M.S

**Experience**

1-2 yrs.



**Specific Expertise / Technical Skills**

- Exposure to Object Oriented Programming concepts / Design Patterns

- Strong hands on programming in Java (Core/ Advanced: Struts/JSP/Servlets/AJAX)

- Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, XSD, XSL, XML & parsing

- Strong Analytical skills

- Good grasp of Data Structures & Algorithms


Additional Requirements for 2 yrs.+ Exp.:

- Good debugging skills

- Good knowledge of database (preferably MS SQL)

- Knowledge of JPA\Hibernate.

- Familiarity with Unit Testing

- Conformability with technical design & code reviews

- Experience in development Tools such as Eclipse, CVS

- Demonstrate and take technical ownership of significant modules
